Sometimes, teeth are not repairable due to infection, excess decay, or strength.

When a tooth is damaged, our dentists will try to repair it with treatment options such as root canals, fillings or crowns. If there are no treatment options available, a tooth extraction may be required.

Tooth extraction is the process of removing a tooth from your jawbone, which may be the best option to good oral health.

Wisdom teeth live behind your last molars at the back of your jawbone, underneath your gum line. Wisdom teeth cases are unique for each patient. However, if we determine they need to be extracted, the treatment is not preventable.

Some patients go their entire life without requiring the removal of their wisdom teeth. If you think your wisdom teeth require removal we would be happy to provide you with comprehensive consultation.

If you think your tooth may need an extraction, contact us so we can work with you to find the best solution.

The procedure may require you to fill out additional paperwork, as sedation may be required based on the extent of the treatment. Some treatments may also require more than one visit to the clinic.
